1.Prepare the ingredients!

2.Put the pork belly, star anise and garlic into the pot and cook! Put some salt!

3.Cook until you can insert chopsticks! About thirty minutes!

4.Pick up and dry, slice and set aside!

Tips
It’s really delicious when made this way, but I still think it’s better to add some plum vegetables, dried bamboo shoots, or a moderate amount of taro slices.Because I added some pumpkin, I think it tastes very good, so the braised pork still needs other vegetarian dishes.It tastes better when paired with it!
