Chicken legs: maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes
Ingredients
Chicken legs ( 3 ) | Ginger slices ( 3 slice ) |
Cooking wine ( 2 grams ) | Large grain salt ( 2 grams ) |
Black pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Lemon ( 1/2 ) |
Olive oil ( 15g ) | Chopped basil ( optional ) |
Recipe for Lemon Chicken Steak

1.Debone the chicken legs and use them on the inside Cut the meat a little open with a knife and tap it flat with the back of the knife.

2.Put it into a large bowl and add ginger slices.

3.Add cooking wine.

4. Grind in salt and black pepper (if it is fine salt for daily consumption, the amount can be 0.5 g less).

5. Squeeze in the juice of 1-2 lemon slices.

Tips
1.When marinating, use a knife to score the inside of the chicken legs for more flavor.
