Ingredients
Luffa ( 3 ) | Ketchup ( 1 teaspoon span> ) |
Onions ( 2 segments ) | Salt ( 1photo ) |
How to cook loofah with tomato sauce

1. Cut the green onions into sections and place them on the tomato sauce plate.

2.The skin of the loofah is eliminated.

3. Cut into diamond-shaped pieces.

4.Put oil in a pot over high heat and stir-fry onions until fragrant.

5.Add tomato sauce and stir-fry.

6.Add loofah, stir-fry, and add salt.

7. Fry until the loofah becomes soft.

8.Turn off the heat, remove from the pan, and plate.
Tips
The tomato sauce I made is salty, so I added a little salt.You can adjust the amount of tomato sauce according to your preference.
