Potatoes: detoxification
Ingredients
Potatoes ( 3 ) | Corn kernels ( Add as per your preference ) |
Pork floss ( Add according to personal preference ) | Corn kernels ( Add according to personal preference ) |
Peanut butter (ground peanuts can also be used if there is no peanut butter) ( 2 spoons ) | Pork floss (Add according to personal preference) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | |
Salt ( 1 tsp ) | Sugar ( 1-2 tsp ) |
How to fry mashed potatoes

1. Boil the potatoes in water and peel them/or peel them first, wrap them in plastic wrap and make a few small holes, then put them in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes.

2.Cool, mash into puree, add peanut butter, sugar, salt, and meat floss

3. Roll into balls and put corn kernels inside.(If the mashed potatoes are rolled Add appropriate amount of flour for easy loosening)
The outside of the rolled ball also needs to be coated with flour
4. In the last step, fry the mashed potato balls in oil.
Tips
It is best not to use deep frying.The fried skin is crispier.
