Chicken sauce How to make avocado mashed potatoes

1.Potato peeling Peel and clean.

Tips
The more mashed the avocado and mashed potatoes, the better; when making the oyster sauce, the ratio of oyster sauce to water is 1:1; be careful when shaping the puree and turning the plate upside down.
