Gelatine tablets ( 3 tablets (7.5g) ) | White chocolate ( 10g ) |
Milk ( 150g ) | Whipping cream ( 250g ) |
| Milk tea powder ( 7g ) |
How to make matcha mousse

1.Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag and put them into a six-inch removable bottom mold!

2. Butter melts insulated!

5. Soak the gelatine tablets in cold water until soft!

12.The mousse paste is ready!

13. Take out the refrigerated biscuits, pour in the mousse paste, and refrigerate 4 Hour!

14. When the time is up, use a hair dryer to blow along the edge of the mold a few times and you can easily release it!

15. Use a mesh sieve to spray matcha powder on the surface!
