Ingredients
Potato ( one ) | Yam ( one ) |
Milk ( a small amount span> ) | White sugar ( a small amount ) |
Mango (appropriate amount) | Strawberry (appropriate amount) |
How to make yam mashed potatoes

1.Peel and slice potatoes

2.Peel and cut yam into sections

3. Steam the yam and potatoes in the pot for 20-30 minutes

4.Put the yam and potatoes in a food processor, add a small amount of sugar and milk and stir
5. Stir evenly into a paste and put it into a piping bag
6.Put it into a bowl

Tips
When adding milk, add a little at a time and add it in several batches to prevent adding too much at one time and making the yam mashed potatoes too thin!
When beating the strawberry puree, add some white sugar to taste better.Just beat it for a few seconds.Don’t beat it too finely!
