How to make Oreo potted mousse

1. Stir the sugar➕egg yolk quickly until slightly fluffy , set aside, soak gelatin in cold water in advance

2. Bring the milk to a boil, halfway Stir

Tips
The gelatine must be fully soaked in cold or ice water! It is best to sift the egg yolks after adding the milk.The taste will be more delicate!
