How to stir-fry broccoli in tomato sauce

1. Break the broccoli into small handfuls, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces.

2. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic into mince.

3. Boil water in a pot, blanch broccoli for about one minute, remove and drain.Drain with cold water and set aside.

4. Heat another pot with appropriate amount of oil until it is 50% hot, sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant minced garlic.

5. Add tomatoes and stir-fry quickly evenly.

6. Add a spoonful of tomato paste and stir well.

7. Pour in the broccoli and stir-fry evenly.

8.Add sugar, salt and chicken essence.

9. Pour in the water starch and stir well over high heat.

Tips
This dish is made in one go, and all the ingredients don’t need to be fried for too long.
