How to make shrimp skin pot tofu

1. Boil water in a pot, blanch the rape and set aside.

2. Prepare corn starch, cut tofu into pieces, add salt and cooking wine to the eggs and beat scattered.

3. Evenly coat the tofu with cornstarch.

Tips
For tofu, choose firmer northern tofu.When frying tofu, fry it over low heat.
