Ingredients
Shrimp ( 400g ) | Cucumber ( 1 root ) |

How to stir-fry shrimp

1. Rinse the shrimps and pick out the shrimp threads when you buy them!

2.Add cornstarch, egg white, pepper, salt, cooking wine, and stir evenly!

Tips
