Ingredients
Bullfrog ( 1 ) | Chili pepper ( appropriate amount ) |

Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Laoganma chili sauce ( 1 spoon ) |

Recipe for spicy fried bullfrog

1.Wash the bullfrog

2.Crush garlic, cut green pepper and red pepper into small pieces

3. Pour 5 minutes of oil into the pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant

4.Add in bullfrog and stir-fry until it changes color

5. Pour in cooking wine, sugar, red pepper, Laoganma chili sauce and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes

Tips
