How to stir-fry snails

1.Wash the snails.

2.Put oil in the pot and put the ginger, onion and pepper in the pot first

3.Then, put the snails in the pot, add some wine, and stir-fry

4.When the snails are almost fried, add water to cover the snails, add some salt, dark soy sauce, pepper and aniseed., bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes:.

5.Finally add some chicken essence, remember to sprinkle some chopped green onion on top when loading and it’s done.
Tips
You can put some balsamic vinegar in the pot to make it more delicious
