How to make cold and fragrant dried Malantou

1.Purchase a suitable malan head, about 500g

2.5 pieces of dried fragrant beans, about 100g

Tips
Pick Malan When cutting the head, be sure to remove the old roots and leaves and wash them with clean water.
Put the malan head into a pot of boiling water and scald until raw, don't take too long.
