Ingredients
Eel silk ( One pound ) | Onions ( five roots ) |
Ginger ( Three pieces ) | Garlic ( Three cloves ) |

Dark soy sauce ( 1/2 tablespoon ) | Sugar ( 1/2 tablespoon ) |

How to cook shredded eel

1. Soak the eel in clean water for half an hour to remove the blood.

2.Rinse each eel shred with running water.

3. Cut the eel into small pieces.

4.Wash the ginger slices, cut the green onions into sections and chop them finely.

5. Mince one clove of garlic and slice the other two cloves.

6. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it to 50% heat, and add the green onions., garlic slices and ginger slices, saute until fragrant.

7.Saute until onion, ginger and garlic are slightly charred and remove.

8.Put the eel shreds into the pot.

9.Pour in the cooking wine.Continue to stir-fry shredded eel.

11. Pour in dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry shredded eel.

13. Turn to high heat to collect juice.

14. Wait until the eel shreds are evenly colored and then serve on a plate.

15. Leave the base oil in the pot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry for a while.

16.Put minced garlic on the shredded eel and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips
