Ingredients
Tofu ( 300g ) | Pork ( 100g ) |
Spicy cabbage (with soup) ( 120g ) | Scallions ( 1 stalk ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) div> | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
Black pepper ( Adequate amount ) | |
Corn starch ( Appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make minced pork, kimchi and tofu

1. Prepare ingredients: cut tofu into small pieces, mince pork into minced meat, cut spicy cabbage into small pieces, chop green onion and minced garlic.

2. Add cooking wine, black pepper and a little starch to the minced meat, mix well and marinate ten minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pot until it is 50% hot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

4. Put the minced meat into the pot and stir-fry quickly until it turns white.

5. Add the spicy cabbage and stir-fry for about a minute.

6. Add light soy sauce and sugar and stir well.

7.Add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.

8.Put in the tofu cubes.

9.Cook for two to three minutes.

10.Add appropriate amount of water starch into the pot, and cook for half a minute until the soup becomes liquid.When it becomes sticky, sprinkle with chopped green onions and turn off the heat.

Tips
You can use either old tofu or soft tofu.The spicy cabbage should be soupy, so that the stewed soup tastes better.
Because spicy cabbage is salty and light soy sauce is added, I did not add additional salt.You can add salt according to your own taste.
