3. Boil water over high heat and steam for five minutes.Use a brush to spread the egg yolk liquid evenly on the surface., then put a shiitake mushroom in the middle, continue to turn to medium heat and steam for another 25 minutes, then simmer for five minutes and take it out of the pot.

4.The surface color of the finished product will be better after it is cooled out of the pot.
Tips
You need to use an oil brush to brush the egg yolk surface to make it look more even and beautiful.I didn't use an oil brush, I just poured it on and shook it slightly to make it uneven.
