Mandarin fish: tonify qi
Ginger: reduce qi and stop vomiting, resolve phlegm and relieve cough, dispel cold and relieve symptoms

Ingredients
Mandarin fish ( 1 piece (600g) ) | Lee Kum Kee Steamed Fish with Soy Sauce ( 1 tbsp ) |
Ginger ( 3 pieces ) | Onions ( a little ) |
Cilantro( a little ) | Yellow wine ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Corn oil ( 3 tablespoons ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Red bell pepper ( a little ) |

1. Remove the internal organs of the mandarin fish and wash them.Spread salt evenly on the inside and outside of the fish, marinate for 10 minutes and then wash.

2. Stuff the fish with ginger slices.

3. Place on a plate and top with rice wine.

4.Cold water and steam for 20 minutes.

5. Preparation during steaming: cut red bell pepper into strips, shred green onion and soak in water, coriander Wash and cut into sections.

6. Remove the ginger slices after the fish is out of the pot.

7. Re-code the red bell pepper and green onion.

8. Heat the corn oil.

9. Pour over the fish.

10.Sprinkle with coriander.

11. Drizzle Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce around the fish.

Tips
The pickling salt must be rinsed thoroughly.Steamed fish with soy sauce is already flavorful enough, no need to add salt.
