Xiaosago ( 50g ) | Mango ( 1 piece ) |
Condensed milk ( appropriate amount ) | Coconut milk ( 200g ) |

How to make clear mango sago

1.Prepare the ingredients 
2.After the water boils, put the sago into the pot and cook, stirring constantly to prevent the paste from sticking to the bottom of the pot

3.Cook until there is only a little white core left in the middle of the sago, turn off the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes transparent.

4. Remove and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking

Tips
If you have a juicer at home, you can take half of the mango pulp and mix it with milk.Cut the remaining half into pieces for garnishing.This way the mango tastes more intense! Milk and coconut milk can be refrigerated in advance to make it taste even cooler!
