Ingredients
Mandarin fish ( 1 ) | Onion and ginger ( 10g ) |
Cooking wine ( 10g ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
Refined oil ( 20g ) | Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Fish Oil ( 10g ) |
How to make steamed mandarin fish

1.Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Fish Oil;

2.Ingredients: One mandarin fish (cleaned) ), onion and ginger;

3. Cut green onion and ginger into shreds and set aside;

4.Wash the mandarin fish and cut its back with a knife (it will cook quickly)

6.Put it into a steamer and steam until cooked (steam for 10 minutes after boiling water);

7.Take it out and use chopsticks to remove the onion and ginger;

8.Add fresh green onions and ginger;
