Bean sprouts ( a handful ) | Tofu ( 2 pieces ) |
Spicy cabbage ( Moderate amount ) | Onions ( 1 root ) |
Ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence (appropriate amount) |
How to make Korean kimchi and bean sprout soup

1. Remove bean sprouts Roots, washed.
Wash and cut onion and ginger.
Chop spicy cabbage.
2.After the water boils, add bean sprouts, green onion segments and ginger slices and cook for about 10 minutes.

3.Add spicy cabbage, salt, and light soy sauce

4. Before serving, add sesame oil and chopped green onion, and you are ready to eat.
Tips
It would be better if it had some pork belly or small whitebait.
