How to make kohlrabi kimchi

1.Prepare kohlrabi and peel off the outside (rutabaga and cabbage are different, kohlrabi is white in color and cabbage is green in color)

2. Wash the kohlrabi, drain the water, and break it into small pieces by hand.

3.Break the big stalk into small pieces or not
