Ingredients
Green peppers (3 thumb size) | Pork ( half a catty ) |
Egg white ( The egg white of an egg ) | Ginger ( Half a thumb size ) |
Garlic ( 3 to 5 grains ) | Salt.Chicken essence.Soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Sweet potato starch ( Half a spoon (children's eating spoon) ) |
How to stir-fry shredded pork with green pepper (added egg white)

2. Put some base oil in the pot and add the fat part Fry some of the oil and keep it aside for later use.Add a little base oil, stir-fry the shredded pork until half-cooked and set aside

Tips
