How to make kimchi noodles

1.Basic materials(I personally don’t like onions and coriander) There are no fresh Sichuan peppercorns, but the Sichuan peppercorns are specially grown at home and are delicious! The peppercorn oil is made at home, so it tastes great! You can buy Sichuan peppercorn oil that smells numb and make it even better. After checking the kimchi forum, I didn’t find the pickled peppers I wanted (I probably finished them last time), so it may not look that good when I make them.Friends who like spicy food and have peppers can try it, it’s so refreshing~

2.Put the peppercorns and soaked ginger (two slices of ginger a day are good for your body) into the pot for seasoning, and bring to a boil.Below

3. Cut the kimchi into granular slices and pickle the ginger (cut the pickled pepper into strips), pour in the pepper oil , the kimchi water can be poured into the bowl together, or you can pour it in after the noodles are served.(I personally like the surprise of putting kimchi underneath and flipping it up, haha)

4. You're done! (The clear soup is a bit watery.Forgive me for the lack of materials for my sudden thoughts today, but the listing photos are real! Imagine the numb and sour aftertaste~ No more, I want to eat noodles~)
Note: Be careful with Sichuan pepper
