Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) |
Water starch ( Appropriate amount ) | Cooking oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Clear water ( a small bowl ) | Pork ( 100g ) |
Cornstarch ( half tablespoon ) |
How to make hot pepper dried tofu

1.Do it Cut the tofu and pepper into diamond-shaped slices, mince the garlic and green onions.Cut the pork into thin slices and put it into a small bowl, mix well with cooking wine, cornstarch and a little salt and marinate for ten minutes.

2. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the meat slices and fry until cooked.

3. Add the chopped green onion and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

4. Add the dried tofu and stir well, then pour in a small bowl of water and open the lid to simmer cook.

5. When there is still a little soup, add the pepper and minced garlic and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and stir well.

7.Pour in the water starch.

8. Stir well and turn off the heat.
