How to make braised chicken with winter melon

1.Wash the chicken and cut into pieces.

2.Peel the winter melon, remove the flesh and cut into pieces.

3. Heat oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and smoke until fragrant.

4.Add chicken and stir-fry.
