How to make ginger spicy fish

1.One live fish

2. Prepare the condiments.Pickle ginger, pickle pepper, and mince garlic and set aside.

3. Cut the fish into fillets, mince a piece of ginger and put it into the fillets , add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and corn starch, mix well and set aside.

4.Wash the pot and put it on a high fire to dry, add lard and rapeseed oil , after the oil temperature rises, pour in the prepared condiments.

5. Stir-fry the seasonings for 2-3 times, add water and bring to a boil.Turn on medium-low heat and simmer for a while.Our homemade pickled ginger is a bit salty, so no salt is needed.

6.Put the fish head first, then the fish bones for a while, then add the fish fillets.Cook for about 3 minutes.

7.Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
