This is my first time making a recipe, so please forgive me for any mistakes.Since I don’t have a special pot for braised chicken at home, I made it in a stir-fry pot.The fried potatoes taste much better than those added directly.Because I was hungry, they didn't fry more and the texture was a bit worse, but the taste was still good.
