Cilantro( One ) | Garlic ( One ) |
Cooking oil ( Two tablespoons ) | Onion and ginger (appropriate amount) |
Dried chili pepper ( three ) | Salt ( a spoonful ) |
MSG ( A spoonful ) | Rock sugar ( Three ) |
Dark soy sauce ( One tablespoon ) | Cooking wine ( Two tablespoons ) |
| Star anise ( three ) | Panthoxylum bungeanum ( Ten grains ) |
Braised turtle Recipe

1. Cut open the neck of the turtle to control the blood and then use it on the belly Cut with scissors and remove the internal organs.Boil water in a pot and blanch the soft-shelled turtle while it is hot.Remove the membrane on the outside of the soft-shelled turtle

2.Use a machete to chop into pieces

3. Heat the oil in the pot and add the onion and ginger.Saute dried chili pepper, garlic, star anise and pepper until fragrant

4.Add the turtle and stir-fry

5. Stir-fry the soft-shell turtle until it is dry, add rock sugar and dark soy sauce cooking wine and stir-fry until it turns color

6.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over medium heat
7.When one-third of the soup is left, add salt, MSG, green pepper and garlic

8.Stir well and serve.
