Ingredients
Large potato ( 500 grams ) | Pork ( 100g ) |

How to make Spicy Griddle Potatoes

1.Wash the potatoes, peel them and slice them into slices.Not too thin, not too thick, about 5mm.

2. Boil a pot of water, add potatoes and blanch them for about 20 seconds, quickly fish out.Don't cook the potato slices for too long, just blanch them.

11.Pour all the potato slices into the casserole, sprinkle some chili powder and minced coriander.Just heat it up on a small stove and eat like a restaurant!

Tips
1.Potato slices must not be cut too thin or fragile.It's too thick and not easy to cook.
