How to make spicy clams

1. Wash the clams and soak them in light salt water for more than half an hour to spit out the sediment and dirt.

2. Cut dry chili into sections and mince ginger.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add dried chili pepper and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add clams and stir-fry quickly.

5.Stir fry a few times and cover the pot

Tips
