Soybeans: guide stagnation
Ingredients
Soybeans ( Two kilograms ) | Water ( About half of two kilograms of soybeans About a bucket of water ) |

1.Soak the soybeans overnight, wash and grind Soy milk

3.Dissolve the gypsum powder and raw soy milk and set aside

Tips
Don’t put too much gypsum.Put the gypsum powder according to your feeling but don’t measure how many grams.You can do it before making tofu.Drink with soy milk (drink with soy milk before adding gypsum powder, drink with tofu curd after adding gypsum powder (can be sweet or spicy according to personal taste)
