How to make Nanchang fried rice noodles

1. Boil the rice noodles for five minutes and soak for five minutes.

2. Then cool and control the moisture.

3.Put peanut oil in the pot.When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, dried chili and sauté until fragrant, then put Stir-fried pork cubes.

4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

Tips
