How to make a simple version of three-cup chicken

1.Cut the chicken into pieces and rinse with water, then drain and set aside

2.Exploded ginger and onion

3.Cut it into small pieces based on the big piece of chicken just now
4.Stir-fry
5.Put in about half a bowl of rice wine.(Because I don’t use much chicken)

6. Soy sauce, almost half a bowl

7. Pour the oil into half a bowl, then cook for a while and then add a few drops of sesame oil

8. Bring to a boil over high heat and start to simmer over low heat

9.After a while, put a few cloves of garlic in it

10.Continue to cover and simmer

11.When it is almost like this, open the lid and stir-fry over high heat

12.Add green onions before serving to add color

13. Finished product
