Cocoa powder: delay aging, antioxidant, anti-cancer and prevent cancer
Ingredients
Tapioca flour ( 50g ) | Water ( 50 grams ) |
Brown sugar (don’t like to use white sugar) ) ( 15g ) | Cocoa powder ( 2-3g ) |
Pearl milk tea - Q-bombed pearls How to make it

1. Add brown sugar to water and boil (the sugar water must be completely boiling, completely boiling, and completely boiling), otherwise the dough will spread when you roll the pearls
-

2.While the sugar water is boiling, weigh the tapioca flour, add about 2 grams of cocoa powder (to increase the color of the pearls and make them look better), and mix well p>

3. Boil the sugar water, remove from the heat immediately, and pour in the tapioca flour while it is hot.Medium, stirring while pouring.Don't pour it all at once, leave a small part, add the remaining sugar water when it is wet, add tapioca flour when it is wet, and adjust the details by yourself (because different brands of tapioca flour have different water absorption). Finally, just knead it into a ball, but the dough should not be too wet, otherwise it will stick to your hands when rolling the pearls and make you crazy

4. Prepare a larger empty bowl, pour in a small amount of tapioca flour (the amount of flour outside the recipe), and it will be used to prevent the pearls from sticking

5.Start rolling the pearls.Be patient during this process.Roll them into round beads a little at a time (the straw is too big to suck them out).Put them into a large bowl with tapioca flour and roll in a few. Now, pick up the bowl and shake it a few times to coat the pearls evenly with dry powder.(The pearls may be coated with a lot of powder if the quantity is small at first, but it doesn’t matter.Just put it in the bowl, rub it again after a while, then put it inside, and shake it again. After a few times, the more pearls there are in the bowl, you will find that the ones previously covered with a thick layer of dry powder will be stained by the pearls at the back) and so on, until all the pearls are rubbed. If you feel that the dry powder is not enough, just pour a little more.Try not to wrap too much dry powder, but not too little, otherwise it will stick to each other (I forgot to take a picture of this step, I will make up for it next time)

7. Cooking When cooking pearls, prepare a bowl of cold boiled water, preferably ice water, take the boiled pearls out of the boiling water and soak them in the ice water to cool them down very much so that the pearls can bounce.

8.If you are not going to eat it right away, store it in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze it later.Eat and cook as you go, no need to defrost.

9. Make a cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea and enjoy it beautifully Afternoon tea! You can also add other desserts to eat

6.If you want to eat it immediately, take a pot, pour an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, and add the pearls.Stir a bit to avoid sticking to the bottom, and cook until the pearls float.Cook for another 2 or 3 minutes and it's almost ready. You can also fish out one and taste it.It's good if the middle part of the meatballs is not hard when you eat it.(Black and bright, doesn’t it look so beautiful)
