Ingredients
Houttuynia cordata (appropriate amount) | Minced garlic ( 5 cloves ) |
Cilantro ( 1 piece ) | chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |
Black sesame seeds (appropriate amount) | Balsamic vinegar ( a few drops ) |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) | Lao Ganma ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
Recipe for cold folded root (Houttuynia cordata)

1. Wash and fold the folded ears into short sections.

2.Put in salt and marinate for a while.

3. Chop coriander and green onions and set aside.

4. Pat the garlic and chop into minced garlic.
