| Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to cook yam and stir-fry meat

1. Chop red rice pepper, lean pork Shred and chop the coriander.Set aside.

2. Add 1g of salt, 2g of cooking wine and 2g of light soy sauce to the shredded pork and stir evenly.Marinate for ten minutes.

Tips
1.There is a lot of mucus after cutting the yam, which needs to be washed away with water, otherwise there will be a lot of transparent paste when frying.The yam will not be fried, which will affect the appearance and make it sticky in the mouth...
2.If you have a non-stick pan, use it.It is easy to stick when frying yam.
