Put the ginger slices and rock sugar into the Pu'er tea and put it on the stand.Steam over water for 30 minutes.(Remember to put more water in the pot, after all, it will take 30 minutes to steam.When the heat is high, you must always pay attention to it, otherwise it will be very dangerous if the water dries out)

Tips
Be sure to wash the backing board when cutting ginger slices, otherwise the ginger slices will absorb the flavor.When steaming, add more water to avoid drying out the water.Be optimistic about the fire.
