How to make sauce elbow

1. Preparation materials: Clean the pork knuckles and chop them in half.Ginger slices

2.Place the elbows in a pot of boiling water and steam for 5 minutes

Tips
When buying elbows, it's best to ask the store for payment, as it's not easy to do it at home.When frying rock sugar, be sure to stir-fry over low heat.High heat will easily burn the sugar and affect the taste.
