How to make Mushu pork slices

1. Slice the meat and soak the fungus the day before.

2. Mix the meat with pure pea flour and light soy sauce.

3. Slice cucumbers and onions.
Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and slice red pepper.
4. Heat vegetable oil until mature, add onion, ginger and pepper and stir-fry briefly.
(If you want to eat Sichuan style, you can add bean paste to stir-fry.Because children don’t like spicy food, I didn’t add it).
5. Add the meat slices and fry until they change color, remove and set aside.

6. Leave remaining oil in the pot, add the fungus, stir-fry with light soy sauce.
Add meat slices, cucumbers, and onions in order and fry.
7. Before serving, add salt, oyster sauce, red pepper, and peppercorn oil and stir-fry briefly before serving..
