Tofu: Detoxification
Ingredients
Tofu ( 500g ) | Yellow cabbage ( 300g span> ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken powder (appropriate amount) |
Edible oil (appropriate amount) | Onions ( 1 root ) |
Wilted ( 1 small piece ) |
How to make homemade vegetable tofu

1. Prepare and wash all ingredients.

2. Cut the tofu into thick slices of about one centimeter.

3. Chop green onion and ginger.

4. Cut the cabbage into strips.

5. Add oil to the wok, when the oil is hot, add the tofu slices and cook until both sides are golden.Dish out and set aside.

6.Reheat the oil pan and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant.

7.Add yellow cabbage and stir-fry quickly.

8.Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.

9.Pour in the fried tofu slices.

10.Add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook over high heat for one minute.

11.Add appropriate amount of chicken powder and stir-fry evenly.

Tips
The key point is to fry the tofu.Be sure to heat the oil.After putting the tofu in the pot, do not rush to turn it over.Shake the pot until the tofu can slide freely before turning it over.
