Ingredients
Dried tofu ( 2 small sheets (200g) ) | Chives ( 1 handful (250g) ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Ginger ( small pieces ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make dried chives and tofu

1. Wash and cut the leeks into small sections,

2.Wash the dried tofu and slice it into slices.

3. Slice garlic and shred ginger.

4. Heat the pot and add appropriate amount of oil.When the oil is hot, add sliced garlic and shredded ginger.Next,

5.Add in dried tofu, stir-fry until hot, and add appropriate amount of salt,

6. After frying the dried tofu and passing through oil, push it to one side of the pot and put the leeks on the empty side.Put an appropriate amount of salt on the leeks, stir-fry the leeks,

7. Stir-fry the leeks until evenly distributed.Stir the dried tofu and leeks together evenly,

8.Add some chicken essence, turn off the heat and remove from the pot !
Tips
Both dried tofu and leeks don't take too much time to stir-fry.Just stir-fry them.If they take too long, the leeks will be gone.
