Large tomatoes ( 1 ) | Chinese cabbage ( 1/2 tree ) |
Northern Tofu ( 1 box ) | Olive oil ( 3 tablespoons ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon ) |
How to make tomato, cabbage and tofu

1.Prepare ingredients.Wash the tofu, cut it into 2 cm square pieces, and soak in salt water.

2.Wash the cabbage and cut it into strips.

3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces about 3 cm in size.After all the ingredients are ready, it’s time to start cooking!

4. Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pan and heat it over high heat until the oil is 70% hot.Add the tofu cubes and turn the heat to medium.Do not stir it with a shovel first.Fry for about 1 minute, then shake the pot and turn the tofu over.

5. After frying the tofu until golden brown, scoop up the tofu and place it on a plate for later use.

6.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, heat the oil 70% and pour in the chopped tomatoes.Fry the tomatoes until soft.

7. When the tomato juice is released, add the cabbage and stir-fry.

8. Stir-fry for about half a minute.Pour in the fried tofu and sprinkle salt evenly.Cover and heat over medium heat for about 2 minutes (if there is no water, add some water or stock).After the shredded cabbage becomes soft, pour in light soy sauce, change to high heat and stir-fry for about 20 seconds.

9.The finished product is ready to eat!
Tips
When frying tofu, don't rush to turn it over.Wait until one side is fried before turning it over, otherwise it will break easily.
Tofu is soaked in salt water to prevent it from deteriorating easily.Just drain the water when cooking.
