Ingredients
Fresh mussels ( 300g ) | Tofu ( 2 pieces span> ) |
Ginger ( 4 pieces ) | Onions ( 2 roots ) |
How to make mussel and tofu soup
1. Remove surface impurities from mussels and rinse them repeatedly

2.Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and cut tofu into cubes, set aside
