Ingredients
Sauerkraut ( 100g ) | Tofu ( 100g ) |
Ginger and garlic ( 10 grams each ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |

How to make pickled cabbage and tofu soup

1. Wash and chop the prepared sauerkraut, and cut the tofu into small long pieces.Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the pepper into small rings.One star anise
