Ingredients
Rape ( 500g ) | Tofu Soak ( 300g ) |

Garlic ( 2 heads ) | Dried red chili pepper ( 8 pieces ) |
Seafood soy sauce ( 15g ) | Fuel consumption ( 10 grams ) |

How to make spicy rapeseed tofu dip

1. Prepare the ingredients, chop the green onions, slice the ginger, chop 2 heads of garlic and chop the garlic cloves (I forgot to take a photo of the garlic, I will add it later), dry red pepper for Soak in water for 2 minutes, cut into sections and set aside

2. Soak the tofu in water, wash and drain the water and set aside , wash the rapeseed with water, drain the water and set aside, wash the pork with water and cut into diced meat and set aside (I forgot to take a photo of the diced rapeseed and meat here)

3. Heat the pot to 50% heat, add 20 grams of oil, and stir-fry the prepared green onion, ginger slices, garlic cloves, and dried red pepper segments until fragrant

4. Add the rapeseed and stir-fry over high heat so that no soup will be added

5.Then add tofu and stir-fry

6.Stir-fry until the rapeseed is cooked, add salt to taste and stir-fry evenly

7. (Seasoning Sauce, put 15 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of oil, and 20 grams of cornstarch in a bowl.Add a small amount of water to make a juice.) Add the sauce, stir-fry evenly, and serve.

8.Put it into a plate
Tips
1.Rinse the tofu soak with water and drain the water to make it easier to taste.
