Ingredients
Spicy cabbage ( 100g ) | Tofu ( 200g ) |
Onions ( a little ) | MSG (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( a small spoon ) | Corn oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for Korean spicy cabbage and tofu soup

1. Slice the tofu and blanch it in hot water and set aside.

2.Cut all ingredients and set aside.

3.Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot.After the oil is hot, add chopped green onions to the pan, add onions and spicy cabbage and stir-fry for a few times.

4.Add the prepared rice washing water and simmer the tofu for about 10 minutes ,

5.Add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, mix well and serve.
