Ingredients
| Silk tofu ( A box ) | Chicken Feathers ( Appropriate amount ) |
Fish balls ( A bag ) | Olive oil ( a little ) |
Scallions ( 6 roots ) | White pepper ( a little ) |
Ginger (appropriate amount) | Salt (appropriate amount ) |
Stock ( 3 tablespoons ) |
How to make vegetable, tofu and fish ball soup

1. Prepare the main ingredients.

2.1.Wash the chicken feathers and soak them in water.
2.Cut the tofu into small squares.
3.Cut the fish balls in half.
3. Shred the ginger, separate the white and green scallions, and chop finely.

4. Heat the pan and add olive oil, add shredded ginger and scallions and saute until fragrant.

5. Pour in purified water and bring to a boil with three tablespoons of stock.

6.Add fish balls and white pepper first.

7.Add tofu again.

8.Finally add the chicken feathers and a little salt.

9. Wait for the water to boil again, add the green onions, and then remove from the pot.
Tips
After the tofu is put in the pot, don't turn the pot casually, as it will easily break the tofu.Don't overcook the vegetables, just open the pot, otherwise they will turn yellow.The stock and fish balls are very fresh, so don’t add chicken powder or the like.
