Potatoes ( 1 ) | Meat ( 100g span> ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) div> | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Seafood soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | |
Pepper powder ( Appropriate amount ) | Water starch ( A little ) |
Noodles ( 400g ) | Rice pepper ( 2 pieces ) |

How to make braised noodles with pork and potatoes

1.Wash the potatoes, peel them and dice them.

2.Dice the meat

3.Prepare noodles

4.Mince onion, ginger, garlic, and dice rice and pepper.

5. Boil water in a pot and cook noodles

6.Cook the noodles in cool boiling water and put them on a plate

7. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, ginger, garlic, and rice pepper until fragrant.

8.Saute the diced meat until cooked

9.Add pepper powder and seafood soy sauce.

10.Add diced potatoes and stir-fry

11.Add appropriate amount of water to stew

Tips
Just cook the noodles, don't cook them for too long.Summer can easily upset your stomach, so it’s best to cool the cooked noodles in cold boiled water.
