How to make fried pork rolls

1.Cut a piece of pork tenderloin into slices, add a spoonful of green onion and ginger cooking wine, a spoonful of original fresh soy sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, pepper and a large spoonful of corn starch.

2. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Cut a red pepper into small pieces.

Tips
The seasonings can be adjusted according to your own taste.The flower rolls I made are originally sauce-flavored, so I didn’t add too much salt when frying.
